Tiger Woods was seriously injured in a car accident at 2:25 AM. His SUV Cadillac bumped into a fire hydrant and slammed into a tree of his neighbor in Florida.

What happened? Why Tiger Woods getting out of his home at this very early hour?

The police arrived at the area and saw Tiger Woods lying in the street unconsciously with his wife Elina beside him. His mouth is mouth is full of blood. He was rushed to the nearest hospital.

Even Brandon Vera of UFC who is a Fil-Am want to be in the entourage but back out when UFC scheduled a fight on the same date of the Pacquiao-Cotto fight.

If you can remember, Dave Bautista (Batista) of WWF accompanied Pacquiao during the Dela Hoya-Pacquiao fight. Batista is also a Fil-Am and a champion of WWF.

Manny Pacquiao, the pound for pound king is very popular and is the favorite and supported by big names and sports figures in the US because they believe on Manny Pacquiao's track record and be part of sporting world history.

Added news: According to sources, Ariza, sparring partner and trainer of Manny Pacquiao now training in Baguio City in preparation for Pacquiao-Cotto fight had an altercation and punched Manny Pacquiao's Canadian adviser Michael Koncz.

Michael Koncz, wanted Manny Pacquiao to terminate the services of Roach and Ariza due to expenses.

Freddie Roach, Manny Pacquiao's long time trainer, and Team Pacquiao adviserMichael Koncz may ruin the bond between the coach trainer and the champion. It may affect and be disastrous to the coming Cotto vs Pacquiao mega fight on November 14, 2009.

The growing resentment of Freddie Roach arise from the question where they are going to train. Freddie Roach wants to hold their training in Mexico while Team Pacquiao wants it in Baguio City Philippines.

According to Roach, if the training is in the Philippines, Pacquiao will be distracted. Roach is very concerned with Miguel Cotto as an opponent for Pacman, which is not like in the Paccquiao-dela Hoya and Pacquiao-Hatton fights.

Super Ferry 9 sunk in Zamboanga City

Superferry 9 sunk in the waters off Sirawai in Zamboanga City in Mindanao Philippines. The ferry owned by WG&A with more than 900 passengers tilted early Sunday but has sunk now in the bottom of the sea. The ferry is on the way to General Santos City, the hometown of Manny Pacquiao.

Fatalities of the sea tragedy now: 2 killed, 3 hurt and more than 600 evacuated to nearby towns according to reports.

I was listening to the radio DZRH this morning, and I was amused and amazed how the radio anchor Nino Bonito ? and a lady broadcaster interview a passenger on a sinking ship. The passenger sent report by cellphone and he was asking for help from the authorities. He said they need helicopter to save them.

The passenger reported that many passengers jump off the waters to save themselves from the sinking ship. He also said that the crews already left the ship and they were left behind because lifeboats were already filled up. I can hear through the background voices of people shouting.

And then he said his cellphone is lowbat... then silence. I am wondering what happened to the passenger who was reporting while the ship was going down to the bottom. Was he rescued?

Tragedies happened. I hope the authorities will do some drastic measures to prevent sea disaster that happened to Super Ferry 9.

Erano Manalo died

Erano Manalo passed away August 31 at 3:53 pm in his home. He was 84 years old.

It was aired by the INC spokesman Bienvenido Santiago at the television station Net 25 an INC station. Erano Manalo was the executive minister of the Iglesia ni Cristo an indigineous religious group in the Philippines and independent from the Vatican.

According to the doctor of Erano Manalo, the caused of his death is cardiopulmonary arrest.

As of this writing an estimated 8,000 members of INC and friends are now massing up at the Central Temple of INC along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City to pay their last homage to Erano "ka Erdie" Manalo.

Erano Manalo was the son of Felix Manalo the founder of INC.

Manny Pacquiao : Wapakman movie teaser

The People's Champion Manny Pacquiao new movie targeted to be released on October 2009, titled Wapakman. This is a comedy science-fiction rolled into one movie and Pacman will portray as the new superhero.

Wapakman stars Manny Pacquiao and WWE wrestler Dave Bautista (Batista) will play as Wapakman's mortal enemy. Manny's leading lady is Nicole Scherzinger of Pussycat Dolls.

The movie will be directed by Topel Lee.

Filipino Americans will also play supporting roles, according to producer Wilson Tieng of Solar Films.

This new movie will test the popularity of Manny Pacquiao if the fans will troop to the theaters to watch the movie. The movie will also generate interest in the coming November 14, 2009 mega fight of Manny Pacquiao versus Miguel Cotto.

The popular British band Oasis Splits! The group which was formed in the 1990s split after over 15 years. Noel and Liam Gallagher can not work with each other and they do not like each other too.

Oasis were scheduled to play at Paris but canceled at the last minute. The screens display the message "As a result of the altercation in the band, the Oasis gig has been canceled."

The Oasis band was formed in Manchester in 1991 and is composed of: Gallagher brothers, Noel on lead guitar and composer and Liam the front act man, Paul Arthurs, on guitar, Paul McGuigan on bass, Tony McCarrol on drums.

Senator Edward Ted Kennedy died

Senator Edward Ted Kennedy has died (1932-2009). He was the last of the political clan of the Kennedy family.

He was a Massachusets senator. A Democrat. An American icon. He was a model of public service.
